Just because we can’t rinse our makeup brushes with shampoo every single day, it’s great that brush cleaners are around for a quick fix, and getting rid of the product left in the brush. Boy, do I hate looking at my brush, looking like it’s still loaded with product. Imagine a MAC 187 brush with its pretty white bristles smeared with foundation powder, even during the aftermath of makeup application.
Brush cleaners like the Bare Escentuals Quick Change Brush Cleaner is a great addition to one’s makeup kit that is helpful enough to get excess product out of the brush, and when you just want to change shades or colors, at least there is no chance of a mixup in the brush, making your application a mix of two shades ( tres confusing! ).
I like to use this, particularly with eye makeup brushes. I mean, sometimes, you only get to bring one or two with you when you go out, and it’s better if you don’t mix two shades in one brush for you won’t get to achieve a nice “layering” effect on your eyes.
