“Brushing Up” For Makeup School
Last Saturday was my first day in makeup school. Let me just say, I couldn’t be happier. It was orientation day on what we were supposed to achieve in the course, as well as discussion about materials. When the discussion on makeup brushes started, RB Chanco, our instructor ( who’s a MAC Pro Artist by the way ) whipped up her faintworthy collection of MAC makeup brushes. Goodness gracious. It’s just too much!!!
When she started discussing about makeup brushes, she took each piece one by one and discussed them. Goodness, there were so much to learn about makeup brushes, and I believe that I only knew of the basics!
Say hello to my new Suesh makeup brush set of 21 pieces. It’s still not the dream collection of MAC brushes that I’ve been lemming for, but this is a great, and affordable set for budding makeup artists. The brushes are soft, they’re enough to use for the lessons, and are used by most makeup students. For $70-$80, they’re actually not bad!I look forward to reviewing more makeup brushes in my coming entries!
