Do You Use Complexion/Comedone Extractors?

I saw this over at Sephora, and it reminded me of a tool that I’ve been using.
It’s an comedone extractor. This one’s pretty sharper, for it has a lancet!
For those who have usual problems of open pores just like me, this tool is very useful for those pesky whiteheads that are on the surface. This is also a very tricky tool that if not used properly, can cause the skin to be scarred.
Some extra precautions when using this product :
1. Make sure that the tool is properly sterilized. Dip the stainless tool in very hot water , and rub with alcohol as well.
2. Make sure that pores are open, by using warm water to wash the face. It would also help to open the pores by letting the face get exposed some warm steam.
3. Only extract comedones that are on the surface. Do not attempt to dig deeper. Apply gentle pressure as you extract.
4. For cystic acne, consult a dermatologist. Do not play surgeon!
Well, I hoped that helped! Any girls out there using this? I’d love to hear from you!
