Ecotools Makeup Brushes
Wouldn’t it be fun to be beautiful and earth-friendly at the same time?
I came across Ecotools, and learned that it is indeed possible to get earth-friendly makeup brushes!
The naturally chic ecoTOOLS cosmetic brushes feature bamboo handles (since bamboo has a low impact on the earth’s resources), animal-free taklon bristles and metallic ferrule made from recycled aluminum cans. The cosmetic brushes are housed in reusable pouches and printed with plant-based ink.
The makeup brushes of Ecotools are really affordable. The Powder Brush is only 7.99 usd, the Blush Brush 6.99 usd and the Eye Shading Brush 3.99 usd.
Taklon or synthetic bristles have been really popular lately because of their really really soft feel on the skin, I guess it’s dual in terms of benefit because it’s really soft, applies makeup nicely, and a great alternative for animal hair that is the usual make of bristles of makeup brushes. I also appreciate the efforts of coming up with these kinds of eco-friendly beauty tools as we live in this modern day and age that natural resources are just exploited far too much, that we don’t know what might happen next to us in terms of welfare and health given the conditions that being too industrial can damage Mother Nature.
You may get Ecotools at select Walgreens, Kmart and Ulta shops!
Happy shopping!

Now these are some very reasonable prices on these brushes. Now if only there was a guide as to how to use them properly…
